Pay attention to the following items when installing oil pipes:
 
(1) Select the oil pipe according to the pressure, flow rate and application occasion. The oil pipe must have sufficient strength, the inner wall should be smooth and clean, and there should be no defects such as trachoma, rust or iron scale.
 
(2) When the pipe is cut with a saw, the section and the axis should maintain a certain degree of perpendicularity, the sharp edge is blunt and the iron filings are removed.
 
(3) When bending the pipe, the ellipticity is allowed to be 10%, and the inside and outside of the bent part are not allowed to have defects such as zigzag, unevenness, twisting and crushing. The radius R of the bent pipe should generally be greater than three times the outer diameter D of the pipe.
 
(4) The distance between the pipe supports is too small, the fixed supports increase, and the distance is too large, vibration and sagging will occur.
 
(5) Pipes should be fixed with pipe clamps to prevent vibration.
 
(6) The laying position of the pipeline should be convenient for the connection of the branch pipes, and should be close to the equipment or foundation.
